Groundnut Biscuits



2 1/4 peak milk tin flour

1/2 bag margarine

1/2 peak milk sugar

3 tbsps milk

1 egg beaten

3 tbsps crushed groundnuts



Sift the flour in a deep bowl,  rub in the margarine and mix till it resembles breadcrumbs. Then add the sugar,  milk, groundnut, egg, mix and add some water. Knead to form a stiff dough. Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface. Use your biscuit cutters to cut the dough. Arrange on greased baking tray and glaze with an egg using brush. Bake in moderately hot oven till golden brown. ©Asmie's Kitchen
