Unique Hibiscus Drink



 1 cup Hibiscus (zobo)

 1/2 tsp cloves

1 fresh ginger (mashed)

Cups of water

1-2 satchets strawberry (fresh)

1 grated cucumber



Remove the unwanted particles from the hibiscus. 

  Place your pot on the fire and pour 3-4 cups water. Cover the pot and allow it to boil. Add the hibiscus, cloves and ginger, cover the pot and allow to boil for at least15 mins. 

 Bring the pot down from the fire, and strain it. Add some water and stir. Allow the drink to cool, then add sugar, strawberry and grated cucumber. Stir and refrigerate. Serve chilled and enjoy!
