Mini Veggies Stromboli

Ingredients:

2 1/2 small cups flour 

1 tsp baking powder 

Salt

Filling:

1/4 chopped cabbage 

5 chopped carrots 

Chopped green beans 

3 chopped bell peppers 

1 chopped green pepper 

1 large chopped onion 

1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 

1/2 tsp White pepper 

1/2 tsp basil powder

1 tsp curry  

Salt to taste 

3 tbsp oil

Method

Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and some water in a mixing bowl. Knead to form a soft dough. Cover with a kitchen cloth and allow to rest for some minutes.

 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ginger and garlic paste for few seconds. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers fry for 4-5 minutes. Add the chopped vegetables with seasonings and spices, fry for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the fire.  

   Divide the dough and mould into balls. Roll flat with a rolling pin. Add a spoonful of the fried veggies on the dough horizontally. Roll once. Then cut the remaining dough vertically but don't cut the top. Continue rolling till you reach the end of the dough, then rub little water at the edge and finish rolling. Do that to the rest of the dough. Brush the top with whisked egg or butter oil. (melted butter). Bake in preheated moderately oven till golden brown or fry in hot oil.
