Noodles and Avocado Stir Fry
Noodles and Avocado Stir Fry is a quick fix prepared within a short time with noodles and vegetables
I love noodles and stir fry dishes. I never get tired of preparing it.
1 pack noodles
1 avocado (peeled & cubed)
2 leaves of cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (scraped & diced)
1 scotch bonnet (diced)
1 tsp coriander mix
1 tsp white pepper
3 tbsp oil
Parboil the noodles, wash and strain. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic paste, chopped curry leaves and mint leaves. Add the vegetables and fry for some minutes with the other spices and seasoning. Add the parboil noodles and avocado, stir fry for two minutes on medium low heat. Serve warm.
