Egg Drop Soup

  Egg Drop Soup is a quick appetizer prepared with egg, vegetables,etc. 


3 large eggs 

1 medium cup stock

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 diced green chili 

1 tbsp crushed garlic 

1 tbsp crushed ginger 

1 tbsp chopped curry leaves 

1 tsp coriander mix 

1 tbsp white pepper 

1 tsp ground cinnamon 

2 chopped green leaves (any green leaves of your choice) 


Pour the stock in a medium pot and place it on the fire, bring to the boil. Add the crushed garlic and ginger with chopped curry leaves, seasonings and spices. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Add the chopped green vegetable and cook for 5 minutes. Whisk the eggs with pinch of salt and white pepper. Gently pour into the pot and stir before it set and form lumps. Cook on low heat for some minutes. 

  Serve warm and enjoy!
