Veggies Soup

Veggies Soup is a light appertizer. Prepared with vegetables: potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, onions and cryfish.


1 small bowl potatoes(peeled, diced & washed)

1 handful of crayfish

1 small cup diced bell peppers & onions

2 carrots (peeled & diced)

1 handful of sliced pumpkin leaves

1 tsp salt

1-2 stock cubes

1 tsp mixed spices

1 tsp ginger

2 tbsp oil


Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the diced bell peppers, onions and cryfish till the veggies are soft. Add a cup of water, potatoes, seasonings, spices and bring to the boil. Add the carrots and cook for some minutes. Lastly, add the sliced pumpkin leaves. Cook on medium heat.

 Serve a bit watery.
