Offal Pepper Soup

Offal Pepper Soup is an easy and delicious appertizer prepared with few ingredients.

 Ingredients:

1/2 kg offal

1 medium cup blended bell peppers and onions

1 diced onion

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tsp ground black pepper

A da ground nutmeg

Few pieces cloves

A dash of ground cinnamon

Salt to taste

4 stock cubes

  Method

Cut and wash offal thoroughly with clean water and some salt. Put in a medium pot, add some water enough to boil the offal. Place on the fire and boil till almost tender. Remove the pot from the fire and strain the water, wash the offal with some salt and water and put the offal back into the pot. But rinse the pot first. Add the blended vegetables, diced onion, seasonings and spices with some water enough to cook the offal. Place the pot back on the fire and cook till tender. Serve watery.
