Tips and Tricks on Dried Vegetables

  I love vegetables especially green vegetables. I love the greenish colour in cooked food. I just figured out a way of turning dried spinach and spring onions into fresh vegetables. It's very easy. Just pour some water in a bowl and soak the spinach and spring onions for 10–15 minutes. The result will surprise you. It will be as green as the fresh vegetables. 

NB: You can use spring onions in soups, salad, jollof rice, etc You can also use it for garnishing in food.
