Stacked Potatoes With Onion Eggs

Stacked Potatoes is a delicious and simple recipe. It's just about tossing sliced potatoes with spices and seasonings and baked in an oven, then arranged the baked potatoes horizontally. 

Ingredients:

1 small bowl sliced potatoes (without removing the peel)

1 tbsp thyme

1 tbsp basil

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp ground ginger

1 tbsp crushed garlic

1 tbsp curry

Salt to taste

2 stock cubes

1/2 cooking spoon oil

Bagel is a bread product of Poland. It is delicious. It is prepared with few ingredients ie flour, yeast, salt and a little bit of sugar or honey. And can be served with tea. Best for breakfast.

3 small cups of flour 

Another flour (1 cup)

Potato Casserole

Potato Casserole is a delicious dish prepared with potatoes, vegetables, eggs, etc. It can be served as brunch. Below is the recipe :

Ingredients: 

1 small bowl potatoes 

4-5 raw eggs 

3 diced carrots 

2 diced bell peppers 

3 diced bell peppers 

1/4 diced medium broccoli 

1/4 diced cauliflower 

1 large diced onion 

Salt to taste

Homemade bread

Homemade bread is delicious and easy to prepare. It is prepared with flour, melted margarine, sugar, yeast, salt, etc. I'm not a fan of bread, but when I started baking my own bread I began to love it. Best served with tea for breakfast.

 3 small peak milk tin of flour 

1 1/2 tbsp yeast 

1/4 cup melted margarine

2/3 cup of sugar 

1 tsp salt 

1 egg (optional) 

1/4 cup milk (optional)

Ingredients:

7 boiled diced potatoes 

1 small diced broccoli 

1 small diced cauliflower

Veggies Congee

Veggies/ Vegetable Congee is an easy and tantalizing appetizer. Prepared with vegetables such as potatoes, mushroom, carrots, green pepper, cabbage, etc. To have a colourful vegetables, varieties of vegetables should be used. Below is the recipe :

 Ingredients:

10 diced potatoes 

3 diced carrots 

1 small cup diced cabbage 

1 can diced mushroom 

3 diced bell peppers 

2 diced green peppers

1 diced onion 

1 tbsp ground ginger 

1 tbsp mixed spices 

1 tbsp secret of cooking spice 

1 tsp salt

French Toast Sticks

French Toast is a delicious and quick snack. Prepared within a short period of time. With sliced bread, eggs and vegetables. Best for breakfast. It can be served with ketchup or honey. 

Ingredients:

8 sliced bread 

5 eggs 

2 stock cubes 

1 chopped onion 

1/2 handful of chopped spring onion 

1 chopped bell pepper

1 tsp white pepper

   Method

Cut the sliced bread into strips. Break the eggs and whisk. Add the chopped onion, spring onions, bell peppers, seasoning and spice. Whisk again.

Secret of Cooking & Turmeric Fried Rice

 Fried rice is one of the common Nigerian food. Prepared by people from different parts of the country. I named it Secret of cooking spice and turmeric fried rice because of the colour. The colour came out well and taste great. Fried rice happened to be one of my favourite food and I never get tired of preparing it. It can be served with Cole slaw or vegetable salad. Below are the ingredients and recipe. 

Ingredients:

2 small cups rice (parboiled) 

6  diced carrots

Pieces of diced  green beans 

1 large diced onion 

6 diced bell peppers 

Pancake Tower

I named it Pancake Tower  because of the height of the pancake. It is a delicious and simple recipe. I love pancakes and never get tired of preparing it. With a few ingredients, you will get a good pancake. It can be served as breakfast or brunch. It can be savoury or sweet. Depending on how you want it. 

Ingredients:

3 small cups flour 

1 tbsp baking powder 

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar

1 small cup liquid milk
