Bread Pockets

Ingredients:

15 sliced bread 

1 small cup diced carrots

1 small cup diced green beans 

3 diced red bell peppers

1 diced green pepper

1 handful of chopped spring onion 

3 diced onions

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp each of Asmie's kitchen spices (curry, ground ginger, ground garlic, secret of cooking)

1 tsp ginger and garlic paste

 

    Method

    Method

Spicy Scrambled Eggs and Cucumber

  Ingredients:

4 eggs ( beaten)

2 medium chopped spring onion

1 cucumber (sliced into wedges)

2 tbsps oil

pinch salt

1 tsp sugar

White pepper ( ground)

1 stock cube

 

 

Method

Heat the oil in a pan on the fire. Saute the onions. Add the tomatoes,allow to cook for few minutes. 

     Whisk the eggs with some salt, sugar, stock cube and Spring onion. Add the eggs in the pan allow them to set then flip over and scrambled the eggs.Remove the pot from the fire and sprinkle some white pepper.

Fanta Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 bottle of fanta

1 tin of peak milk 

 

  Method 

In  a medium bowl, pour the fanta and milk. Stir well. Refrigerate and serve chill.
