Chapati is an Indian flat bread served with varieties of soups, i.e potato soup, etc.It is a tasty meal when served with any of the soup. I served mine with Spiced Beef Soup. Below is the recipe.
3 peak milk tins of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp margarine
Seive the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the salt, margarine and mix. Add some water and knead on a board till the dough is soft. Put it back into the bowl and cover with a cling film. Allow to rest for 20 minutes.
