Banana Bread is a tasty bread. Prepared with flour, banana, sugar, eggs, baking soda, etc. Best for breakfast.
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
Seive the flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and baking soda.
In a medium bowl, add the banana and mash with a fork. Add the eggs, sugar, oil and stir well. Pour in the bowl of dry ingredients and stir well.
