Noodles With Liver Sauce

Liver sauce is healthy especially when cooked with vegetables. It is delicious when served with white rice or noodles. It can also be served with fried yam. Below is the recipe :
Ingredients :
1/4 kg liver (boiled)
1 medium cup diced onions & bell peppers
1 scotch bonnet & 1 sprig of curry leaves (grated)
1 small cup chopped spinach
1 tbsp curry
1 tsp mixed spices
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 stock cube
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil


Cabbage Curry Sauce


1 small cabbage (shredded)

7 carrots (peeled & diced)

1 large onion (diced)

1 medium cup blended tomatoes, peppers & onions


2 bouillon cubes

1 tbsp curry

Pinch nutmeg

2 tsp ground ginger

1 cooking spoon oil



Heat the oil in a pan/pot. Pour in the blended vegetables and fry for 5 mins. Add the seasonings and spices, fry for few minutes. Add the cabbage,carrots and fry for another, 5 minutes. Reduce the flame and allow to simmer for a minute or two.
