Sandwich is my favourite snack. I'm not a fan of bread but I love sandwich, especially vegetable or sardine sandwich. It's tasty and healthy. It's best served for breakfast with tea. But it can also be eaten any time of the day.
1 loaf of sliced of bread
1 small cabbage (washed & shredded)
1 small bunch of lettuce (washed in salty water & shredded)
4 carrots (peeled & grated)
3 plump tomatoes (cut into cubes)
