Mango Salsa is a simple yet delicious salad. Prepared within a short period of time with few ingredients. Best serve with fried rice, jollof rice, spaghetti, cous cous, etc
1 large mango (peeled and cut into cubes)
1 onion (cut into small cubes)
3 tomatoes (Cut into cubes)
1 large green pepper (cut into small cubes)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix the fruit and vegetables in a medium bowl, add the lemon juice and salt. Toss well. Serve in a salad bowl or plate. Enjoy!
