Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 peak milk tins of flour 

2 eggs 

100g sugar

1 1/2 cups of liquid milk (powdered milk can be used, it should be diluted) 

1 tbsp baking powder 

1 tsp vanilla flavour 

4 tbsp oil 

1/4 tsp salt 

  Method 

Seive the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the baking powder, salt, sugar and stir with a spatula. Add oil, vanilla flavour, eggs and milk. Stir very well till there are no lumps and it is of dropping consistency.

Chocolate, Caramel and Strawberry Popcorn

CHOCOLATE POPCORN

Ingredients:

1 cup of popcorn

5 tbsp chocolate syrup

  Method

Pour the popcorn in a medium bowl. Add the chocolate syrup. Mix with a spoon, then toss to combine. Pour in a tray and refridgerate for 10- 15 minutes to chill. This enables the popcorn to set and also prevent the chocolate popcorn from dripping.

 

 CARAMEL POPCORN

Ingredients:

1 cup of popcorn

5 tbsp caramel syrup
